Task that mirrors the binaries of this library's packaged targets into importedLibrariesDir.

A target contributes a source when it called JniBindingTarget.copyToResources or JniBindingTarget.copyToJniLibs; the targets that did not are not packaged at all. A library none of whose targets was packaged has no source either, and this task is skipped.
