Resolved producers' actuals.json files for every target of this library.

Resolving them through the producer configuration runs the producers' exportJniBinding (declared as builtBy of the artifacts), keeping bindings up to date. Absent bindings contribute nothing when allowAbsentBindings is set, so the collection may be empty.
